Circle Raises ₹25 Cr to Expand Its Pre-Owned Goods Marketplace

Circle, a Bengaluru-based marketplace for pre-owned products, has raised ₹25 crore in a funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners. The round also saw participation from existing investors Titan Capital, Myntra co-founder Raveen Sastry and Delhivery COO Ajith Pai.

Founded in 2025 by Chirag Kataruka and Ankit Misra, Circle helps consumers buy and sell second-hand goods through a managed marketplace. Its platform covers products such as smartphones, gaming consoles, cameras, furniture, watches, handbags and sneakers. The company uses technology, product verification, secure payments and logistics to make resale transactions more convenient.

Circle plans to use the fresh capital to expand beyond Bengaluru, improve its product discovery and pricing technology, and strengthen its logistics network. The company is also looking to build customer trust through verification services and physical Trust Hubs as it grows into more markets.
