Chapter Home Raises ₹63 Crore to Expand Its Home and Kitchen Brands
Chapter Home, a consumer brands company focused on the home and kitchen segment, has raised ₹63 crore in a funding round backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Stride Ventures, Tanmay Bhat and other investors. The round combines equity and debt and values the company at nearly ₹1,000 crore.
Founded in 2025 by Nitin Chugh, Akarsh Bharadwaj, Shrey Mittal, Dhiraj Jain and Dheeraj Goyal, Chapter Home is building a portfolio of consumer brands across categories such as home furnishings, bed and table linen, cookware, home décor and small kitchen appliances. The founders were previously associated with the founding and leadership team at PharmEasy.
The company entered the market with HOKIPO, its online home furnishings brand. It plans to use the fresh capital to expand into new product categories, strengthen brand development, invest in technology and build a wider distribution network. Its expansion strategy includes online marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms, its direct-to-consumer channel and physical retail stores.
Chapter Home also uses AI across areas such as product cataloguing, content creation, demand forecasting and customer targeting. By combining shared technology, sourcing and distribution infrastructure, the company aims to build and scale multiple brands across the home and kitchen market.
The funding marks another step in Chapter Home’s plans to grow beyond its initial home furnishings offering and establish a broader presence in India’s consumer products market.
