Tessolve Raises $75 Mn in Funding Led by Vector Line Capital
Tessolve Semiconductor, part of Hero Electronix, has raised $75 million in a funding round led by Vector Line Capital. Existing investors TPG and Novo Tellus Capital Partners also participated in the round. The company plans to use the funds to expand its services, pursue acquisitions and strengthen its global presence.
Founded in 2004, Tessolve provides semiconductor engineering services, including chip design, testing, validation and embedded systems development. The company works with semiconductor businesses and technology firms to develop and test chips used across different industries.
The funding comes as demand for semiconductor technology grows alongside advances in artificial intelligence, high-performance computing and data centre infrastructure. Tessolve supports customers throughout the chip development process, from early design to testing and product development.
The company plans to expand its capabilities through strategic acquisitions and a wider range of engineering services. The investment will also support its efforts to reach more international markets and build its position in the global semiconductor industry.
