Tringbox Raises ₹5 Crore Seed Funding to Scale AI-Powered Music Platform

Mumbai-based music technology startup Tringbox has secured ₹5 crore in seed funding to accelerate the growth of its AI-driven in-store music platform designed for commercial venues. The funding round was led by Nikhil Gandhi through GIPL, with participation from MGB Family Office, Paytm Chief Business Officer Narendra Singh Yadav, and several angel investors.

The newly raised capital will support product innovation, AI research, technology infrastructure, music licensing, catalogue expansion, compliance, business development, brand collaborations, and large-scale venue deployments. The company also plans to strengthen its workforce by expanding teams across product, engineering, and operations.

Founded by Amandeep Singh Chawla, Tringbox develops intelligent software that curates and adapts music in real time for cafés, restaurants, gyms, salons, retail outlets, clinics, and entertainment venues. The platform is already active across more than 30 premium brand chains in India and has reached this milestone following a year of bootstrapped development and pilot implementations.

The startup has additionally secured access to NVIDIA Inception and AWS startup credits worth ₹1 crore, providing further support for AI infrastructure and platform development. At the core of its offering is a proprietary Hybrid Neuro-Symbolic Music Engine that dynamically adjusts music based on factors such as venue type, weather conditions, temperature, humidity, time of day, and audience environment.

Beyond adaptive music experiences, Tringbox also offers a QR-based song request solution for nightlife and entertainment venues. Its AI-powered Vibe Check system evaluates song requests against venue preferences and audience profiles, while seamless integration with DJs and performers enables real-time request management. Through its technology, Tringbox aims to transform music from a static playlist into an intelligent experience tailored to every commercial space.
