Boldfit Raises Over ₹400 Cr in Series B Funding Led by Bharat Value Fund
Indian sports and fitness brand Boldfit has raised over ₹400 crore in a Series B funding round led by Bharat Value Fund, managed by The Wealth Company Alternates, part of the Pantomath Group. Existing investor Bessemer Venture Partners also participated in the round. Cricketer KL Rahul and former tennis player Sania Mirza are among the brand’s investors.
Founded in 2018 by Pallav Bihani, Boldfit offers sportswear, athletic footwear, sports equipment and fitness essentials. The Bengaluru-based company has built its business around products for fitness and active lifestyles, serving more than 2 crore customers annually, according to the company.
Boldfit plans to use the fresh capital to expand its retail presence across India, strengthen manufacturing, develop new products and explore acquisitions. The investment will support its efforts to grow beyond online sales and build a wider presence in the country’s sports and fitness market.
