Zomint Raises ₹36 Cr To Scale Wealth Management Platform
Wealthtech startup Zomint has raised ₹36 crore in its maiden funding round from Lightspeed Venture Partners and Prime Venture Partners. Founded in September 2025 by Aman Mittal and Shavir Bansal, the company is building a wealth management platform for working professionals and families looking for personalised investment support.
Zomint combines dedicated wealth experts with investment research and AI-powered tools. Its platform brings together a customer’s portfolio, financial goals, previous conversations and investment research, helping wealth experts identify areas that need attention and track investment decisions.
The platform is aimed at investors beyond the traditional high-net-worth segment. Customers can start with a monthly SIP of ₹25,000 or a lump-sum investment of ₹5 lakh, while Zomint plans to expand its offerings beyond domestic mutual funds into areas such as global investing and other financial needs.
The company will use the fresh capital to expand its wealth and investment teams, strengthen its technology and investment capabilities, and build its investor-education ecosystem. Zomint also plans to grow its content-led distribution through new formats and regional languages.
Zomint says it has retained 97% of its clients since launch, while nearly one in three customers made additional investments within three months of their initial engagement. The company currently serves more than 250 families per relationship manager, supported by investment specialists and AI-enabled tools.
